Navigate’s capability can be further enhanced with the addition of optional add-on modules. Together with you, Lighthouse can use these additional features to tailor the Navigate software to suit your own unique legislative needs and budget limitations.

AssetTracking Module - The Asset Tracking module extends Navigate’s licensing and compliance capability beyond license holders and geographical regions to include specific physical items that need to be monitored, tracked and reported on to ensure community safety. The Asset Tracking Module supports a variety of item types which typically require regulation including Advertising Signs, Storage Tanks, Gaming Machines, Weapons and Radiation Devices such as X-Ray machines.
  Sampling Module – The Sampling module has been created to support regulatory processes around collecting samples for analysis. This module is ideal for Agencies who need to manage compliance monitoring and evidence gathering activities around sensitive issues such as food safety and pollution/contamination. The Sampling module includes end to end processing support for gathering samples, determining the types of tests that need to be applied to them, submission to a research lab, recording the outcomes of these tests and taking enforcement action necessary to mitigate community risk.
  Integration Module – The Integration module enables real-time and batch-oriented data exchange between Navigate and other third party systems. This module incorporates Navigate’s Web Service interface as well as its batch-processing file input and export capability.
  Workflow Automation Module – The Workflow Automation Module allow actions such as the generation of an alert or notification email, the re-routing of a task, the creation of a sub task or the generation of a document to be configured to occur automatically for a given type of task based on what stage of a workflow the task has reached. Workflow automation enables repetitive steps with a process flow to be system executed allowing staff to devote a greater portion of their time to dealing with high risk issues.
  Correspondence Module – The Correspondence module gives system support staff the ability to configure, manage and maintain their own document templates for the purpose of generating correspondence letters, notices and certificates.
