Lighthouse Advisory has released a new whitepaper.
We often heap praise on solutions that solve individual problems and that’s commendable, however in Lighthouse’s experience it is more important to celebrate the methods we use to solve problems, the methods that can be re-used over and over again. By providing our people with good problem solving skills they will be able to consistently solve new and emerging problems using a tried and tested approach.
In this white paper we discuss the basic characteristics of good problem solving skills including focus, effectiveness as a goal, systematic enquiry, being proactive, informed decision making and accountability.
